Thank you. As one of those people who read too many feeds, this would have made my evening. Is it actually active yet? Because it doesn't appear to be working. (Not that I'm chafing at the limits of a quota of 20, no sir...I haven't really been keeping a list to add.)
(Tried it through /syn, console and Sema client, all bringing up a quota error)
Although this is a nice thing- not having to track what are/might be good uses for points- it's certainly going to be argued that this is yet another blurring of the line between paid and free account users, which is a dis-incentive for anyone who doesn't have a paid account strictly because they believe in supporting the service.
Can you comment on any new features which will be targeted as value-added for paid members? (i know i'll end up defending this with at least one person)
with 5 paid accounts in addition to the perm account you blessed me with, i had 110 syndication points, and that still wasn't enough to keep me happy, between all the work-related feeds and the election feeds and everything else i read here. i'd been sluffing off my excess feeds over to bloglines, but sooner or later would've indulged in a few more paid accounts here. still will do so in due course, but nice to have no ceilings on the sky feedwise
would be nice if livejournal could somehow advertise or communicate this more than it already does. i've seen and read just about every political blog and aggregator out there, and at the end of the day can't find anything that gives more power and flexibility on both the writing and the end of things as LJ does. would be nice to see more political bloggers recognizing LJ's potential, more market and business blogs, more academic blogs, etc
anyway, thanks again. christmas in april for someone obsessed with reading
1) The syndication page no longer shows a list of the feeds I subscribe to. Is there anywhere that does or will, outside of looking in the client?
2) Are there any plans to separate RSS feeds out on the userinfo page as communities are separated out now? I'd find this useful, don't know how many would, though.

Thanks Brad!
I've been wanting to go well over the limit for ages now...As I was prepared to pay for this, I'll be buying a few paid accounts for friends now instead.
