Mike Brown's Planets

Mike Brown is an astronomer at Caltech in Pasadena. He is best known for the discovery of Eris, the object beyond and bigger than Pluto, whose discovery led to the demotion of Pluto from a real planet to a dwarf planet. But he does a lot of other things, too. And he thinks dwarf planets are pretty cool.

Just to be clear about this: He is NOT the doofus of the same name who "ran" FEMA.
